PROJECT PROFILE FOR MANUFACTURE OF AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS
The project involves establishing an industrial unit to manufacture tractor-drawn agricultural implements, including tillers, cultivators, and disc harrows, used for soil preparation, aeration, and incorporation of organic matter to improve agricultural productivity.
PROJECT PROFILE ON AIR FILTERS FOR TWO WHEELS
The project involves manufacturing air filters for two-wheelers to remove dust and suspended particles from incoming engine air, ensuring efficient engine performance and protection. The unit will produce model-specific air filter assemblies using die-cast aluminium/zinc alloy components, sheet metal bodies, and filter cloth.
Assembly of Diesel Generator Set
The project involves manufacturing diesel generator sets below 7.5 kVA for providing backup electricity to small commercial establishments, shops, hotels, railway stations, and offices during power outages. The units will include a diesel engine, alternator, and control panel for reliable power generation and supply management.
Automatic Switches For Electrical Gadgets
The project involves manufacturing automatic switches for electrical appliances such as lights, fans, and air conditioners. These switches operate appliances for a preset duration, helping reduce electricity wastage and improve energy efficiency in conference halls, seminar rooms, and other establishments.
PROJECT PROFILE ON AUTOMOBILE WIRES
The project involves manufacturing automotive control cables for two- and three-wheelers, including brake, clutch, and accelerator cables. The process includes twisting stainless-steel wires, cutting them to the required lengths, zinc coating, and fitting zinc stoppers to produce durable cables for vehicle control and replacement markets.
Baby Bloomer Suits
The project involves manufacturing knitted bloomer sets for children using tubular blended knitted fabric. The fabric is cut and stitched according to the required sizes and designs, with embroidery and patchwork added to create attractive, comfortable, and easy-to-wash garments.
